It is notified for the public information in compliance with the order of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in LPA No. 543/2003 and LPA No. 666/2003 that the candidates holding degrees in Law from foreign Universities recognised by the Bar Council of India  for enrolment as advoctes should have undergone a 3 year LLB course afterduation in any other discipline in the pattern of 10+2+3 or a 5 year integrated law course after higher secondary examination in the pattern of 10+2 .  Such candidates seeking enrolment as advocates should appear and pass an examination conducted by the Bar Council of India in the following subjects:-
