            These requirements are effective from the date of this
notification.

2.         It is also notified that all those students who joined the LLB course prior to the date of this notification in the foreign Universities Recognised by the Bar Council of India without possessing the above mentioned minimum qualification prescribed by the Bar Council of India for admission in the law course will be eligible for enrolment
as advocates.  This exemption is strictly limited to the students who joined the LLB course prior to the date of this notification.  For details of examination, candidates may get in touch with the Secretary, Bar Council of India in the above address.
